Really, art is a way for me to unwind and relax, allows me to get outta my head for that little bit of time and I can connect with my daughters through the art I send home to them. I’m very scatter-brained and it helps to draw, allows my mind and body to slow down.

IDENTITY STATEMENT

I am a proud Norwegian mix and I believe if reflects in my work. I like skulls and that also shows in my work. I see myself in a lot of ways and over time it’s changed a lot but no matter how I see myself, I know I am proud of who I am. Art allows me to show someone where I’ve been and lets me see light ahead in my future and is a way to connect with people and my children.
