From the Inside Out: Art, Healing & Community

(Art Making and Wellness Program)

Saturday, March 29th

Gallery Tour 1:00-2:00pm, Cargill Gallery

Art Making and Wellness Program 2:00-3:30pm, 1st floor Commons Meeting Room

Exhibit tour followed by art making program.

Join us for a special art and wellness event as part of the Shifting Perspectives exhibit. This interactive experience will be led by our returning neighbors—artists who have re-entered the community after incarceration. They will guide participants through a hands-on art and wellness activity that highlights the healing power of creativity and self-expression. This is an opportunity to connect, create, and reflect on how art can play a transformative role in personal growth and community building. Whether you're an artist or someone looking to explore new creative outlets, this event promises an enriching and restorative experience for all. Art supplies provided! Art From the Inside will provide a tour of the exhibit in the Cargill Gallery.
