This piece reflects the earth-bound child (me) reaching towards the Divine Mother. It was created in the same spirit as Michelangelo's, the Creation of Adam. For the Goddess is the Archetype. The goddess of Dreams, the one to which all great men's soul eternally yearns. Here she represents freedom..as well as love. For only she can unchain her son from the prison of earthly things. The Infinite is teh gift she offers to all mortal men..it is a symbol that reminds men of their true destiny, long forgotten.
