The best way to try and understand what a persona has been through and how they react is to look through their eyes. Live their lives. You never know what they may have witnessed or been through.

What role does art play in your life?

Art is a way to express those things that words just don't quite cover.

Justice statement:

To me justice is when a person's past is considered when the react certain ways to any situation. To me, justice is taking into account what ay individual's past consists of. Without a look at any individual's past experiences, how can one determine if anybody reacted the way they did to a situation because of a past trauma or a certain situation? We don't always know if somebody is in an abusive relationship. If they are, chances are high that they will do what the abuser wants to prevent more abuse. Sometimes those things may even be illegal. Consider a life or death situation. If the abuser tells the abused to do something, they are likely to, out of fear for their own lives. That's why we recognize individuals who put themselves at risk for another in life or death situations as heroes.
